BBC South Today films election feature in the ICMA Centre

Dealing Room 2 1

During the filming, the students - predominantly first-time voters who didn't have a say in the EU Referendum - were asked for their thoughts on Brexit, tactical voting and whether the party leaders really matter.

Professor Adrian Bell said: "As you hear from the students, they come into Reading because they think it's a more marginal choice between Labour and Tory, and possibly even Lib Dem. But in lots of seats, there's absolutely no choice. It will be Labour or Conservative as normal."

The feature was broadcast on BBC South Today on Friday 22 November 2019. You can find out more about our state-of-the-art dealing rooms here.
